“ Love Mosob, it’s situated on the first floor, a stone’s throw away from Glasgow Queen Street. The restaurant is large and airy, which gives it a calm atmosphere. “ Firstly, don't be put off by the entrance. Step inside and after a few steps upstairs you'll walk into an authentic East African restaurant. The vibe is laid-back dining with main dishes served up to be shared by everyone at the table. We tried the Lamb Sambusa starter, then shared the vegan Injera (pancake), and honey wine. “ Genuinely stunning food here, not had anything like it in Glasgow, great fun to eat tearing up the lovely pancake bread, with so many different flavours to accompany it. The mixed platter came with a large selection of dishes suitable to get a full experience of both veg and meat as it came with a delicious potato esque dish, a broccoli dish, a lovely lamb curry and a chicken jumble. It came with two massive pancakes that ended up being the most fun part of the meal as eating with your hands made it that little bit more satisfying to eat. Topping that with the brilliant lamb samulas to start, as well as some excellent mead and Ethiopia beers this place is really a must visit for the city centre and easily the best place I’ve tried in a while. Also big props to Aly our server who walked us through the dishes and recommended us the beers. Thank you so much for a lovely service! It’s class, would eat again. Nice staff. Date? “ I visited Mesob on an unassuming Thursday afternoon, arriving just as they opened. The staff immediately seated, greeted, and served me with exceptional care. While Ethiopian dining typically caters to groups, making it challenging to order for one person, the staff provided excellent recommendations. I tried their vegan platter and meat sambusas, and both dishes were outstanding! This was hands down my favorite meal in Glasgow. ”
